My definition of success is to grow together with others as a team and grow the organization in which I work in a selfless and empowering manner. This is because I feel that it is important to not let subordinate team members feel that they are subordinate and must be dominated always. Therefore, there must be feedback obtained from everyone whether it is in the professional field or in the personal affairs.
